How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Just see to it that the packing of the product is not hampered in any way. Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with. It must have its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do not forget to mention your order number. If your order gets approved for pick-up, you will soon receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.
Do I need to pay any shipping fees to the courier company to send my product back?
If we approve your pickup, you do not have to pay anything for the courier service. If you are using a courier service to send your product back to its original place, you may have to bear the courier cost. However, according to our policy, we may reimburse you the courier charges up to Rs.200 in the form of IBH Money.
How will I come to know if the product has reached back to you?
You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours after your order is picked from your place. It also specifies the tracking details using which you can track the package on the courier’s website.
When and how will I get the replacement or refund?
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days after receiving the product at our center. It may take around a two week time for the amount to get credited to your account, initiated after the refund has been initiated on our behalf. However, if the refund is provided as a replacement, An offer code will be provided by us by mail within two working days sothat you can buy a new product by using that code which will be equal to the refund amount.
